Dina Meyer was raised and born within Forest Hills Queens New York. Before she finished her junior year, she relocated out of Queens and moved to Dix Hills Long Island. Her siblings include an older brother whose name is Gregory and a younger one called Evan. The modeling profession was her first experience in the industry. It was her first job from age nine to sixteen. She began her training in acting at The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York in which she learned Sanford Meisner's techniques for acting along in conjunction with Ron Stetson, for about three years. Others who have received this training are Sandra Bullock, Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum, Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton, as well as other actors. She was cast in Beverly Hills in 90210, but had relocate in Los Angeles to take the part. After landing the lead role in Johnny Mnemonic where she did most of the stunts on her own, she established herself as an actress that is athletic. With the help of her agent, who is the representative of Matt LeBlanc she scored a part as a guest on Friends.
